Which payment types do you accept?

Online orders are prepayment only via credit/debit card. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards for in-person transactions.

Do you have doughnuts/fudge already made for immediate pickup?

Currently, we do not. All orders need to be pre-ordered here online. You can then either pick the Dozen of the Week, create your own doughnuts, or fudge to be picked up on the date and time of your choosing!

Is it legal to sell baked goods from a private residence?

When adhering to New Haven zoning ordinances and Indiana House Bill 1149, it absolutely is!

Since you aren't a food establishment, is your food safe?

Very safe. All Indiana home based vendors must obtain a food handler certificate from a certificate issuer that is accredited by the American National Standards Institute. Additionally, all proper sanitary procedures must be followed. Not to mention, since our roadside concession stand is its own permanent structure, the only things happening inside are cooking and cleaning -just like a commercial kitchen!

Why do I need to give at least 24 hours notice to pick up my order from the time I placed my online order? Why can't I pick up my order on the same day?

Since we are a small business, we don't keep a large inventory of ingredients on hand. Therefore, it is a possibility that we will need time to shop for your specific ingredients and to make sure that they are in stock. Additionally, it takes about 5 hours to make a batch of doughnuts and/or fudge.
